Fron provides digital design and development services, including web design, application development, UI/UX design and related consulting. I may change, suspend or discontinue any part of my services at any time without prior notice.

5. Client Projects
The project agreement or contract defines ownership and intellectual property rights for commissioned work. After full payment, clients typically receive ownership of the final deliverables. Fron retains the right to show the work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

You must not use this website in a way that causes or may cause damage, or reduces its availability or accessibility. You must not use it for unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful activity.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fron is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages; lost profits or revenue, whether direct or indirect; or loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses. My total liability for all claims arising from or related to the services is limited to the amount you paid me in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the liability.
8. Payment Terms
Individual project agreements set the payment terms. A deposit may be required before work starts, and the project scope defines payment milestones. Final payment is due at completion unless otherwise agreed. Late-payment fees may apply where specified in the agreement.
9. Termination
Either party may end a project agreement with written notice. The project agreement determines the termination terms, including fees for completed work and ownership of deliverables.
10. Changes to Terms
I may change these Terms at any time. I will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use my services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fron operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
