Give developers a usable handover
The design work includes task flows, wireframes, interface layouts and reusable component states. We address loading, empty, validation, error and permission states where the workflow needs them, with interaction notes explaining the intended behavior.
Commission design on its own or combine it with development. We establish handover detail and implementation-review responsibilities at the start. Usability testing is planned around representative users, realistic tasks and time to act on the findings.

Yes. Design and development can be commissioned together or separately. A combined engagement takes the task flows and screen states through to implementation; a design engagement supplies the handover your developers need.
We use existing components and conventions where they meet the requirements. Additions address missing states or patterns and follow the system rather than introducing a competing visual language.
Usability testing can be included with access to representative users. We define the tasks, observe where people encounter difficulty and use the findings to revise the design.
