Digitrack is an ERP application connecting warehouse and business operations. Its modules cover products, inventory, orders, customers, suppliers, invoices, expenses, projects, reporting, HR, messaging and automation. The interface needed to make these connected areas feel like one product.

The breadth of the application required consistent navigation and reusable interaction patterns. Dense operational information needed a hierarchy, with dedicated treatment for specific tasks. Shelf location was one such task: an item's position needed an explicit place alongside its stock information.

Fron Hasani led UI and UX design, built the TypeScript frontend and integrated backend services and automation systems through APIs. His responsibilities included the design system, navigation architecture and module-level interactions, with common actions and terminology carried across the platform.

Product and inventory views include shelf locations. Orders, client and supplier records, invoices and expenses share the interface with projects, tasks and reports. HR covers employee records, leave requests and scheduling. In-app messaging supports communication, while AI agents connect to selected tasks such as invoice preparation, alerts and report scheduling. Reusable components and API integration support the connections between these modules.

The delivered frontend provides a common working environment for inventory, business records and team activities. Dedicated views handle different tasks while retaining the same visual and interaction patterns. This gives a broad operational product a consistent interface across its modules.
