Social media account setup, planning and content design for Certus Solutions. The project organizes communication across the company’s different service lines.
Social content for a multi-service business
Certus Solutions offers call-center services, lead generation and digital marketing. Its social media project introduced those services through one content programme, combining account setup, visual design, planning and campaign management.
Organizing the message
Each service needs a different explanation, while the account must remain recognizably Certus. Service education, business topics and company material provided a structure beyond repeated promotions. Short updates and multi-panel carousels allowed different subjects appropriate space.
Role and contribution
Fron Hasani configured the accounts, defined the content approach and designed posts in Figma. He also handled captions, campaign planning, publishing and organic community activity, coordinating the subjects across the calendar and matching layouts to their content.
The content system
Consistent typography and brand colors connect educational carousels, service showcases, company updates and behind-the-scenes posts. The calendar rotates these formats across service lines, with campaigns informed by business planning cycles. Organic distribution included relevant hashtags, business-community participation and regular publishing.
What the work established
Certus received configured accounts, a visual content system, designed posts and a publishing structure. The programme gives the business a way to explain its services in smaller pieces and maintain communication between website visits or direct conversations.
