A legal identity based on the justice scale
Sherif Sherifi needed a visual identity for his legal practice. The project paired a simplified justice-scale symbol with a wordmark, color system and logo variations for business cards, letterhead, digital channels and signage.
Simplifying a familiar symbol
The scale had to remain recognizable after removing details that would complicate small applications. Its balance and symmetry informed the geometry. The wordmark needed to identify Sherif clearly, with arrangements suitable for compact placements and formal documents.
Role and contribution
Fron Hasani handled the symbol, typography, palette, lockups and guidelines. He reduced the scale to a geometric mark, selected accompanying type and prepared variations and production files for the practice and its suppliers.
The visual system
The final mark retains the scale's central support and balanced sides. Symbol-only, wordmark-only, horizontal, vertical and reversed versions support different backgrounds and spaces. Guidelines define spacing, color specifications, typography and application examples for legal materials.
The delivered package
The delivered identity includes AI, EPS, SVG and PNG files for print and web use. The wordmark names the individual practice, while the scale supplies a compact identifier. Both have defined uses across correspondence, business cards, websites and larger signage.
