iMeet is an appointment management application for insurance brokers in Switzerland. It connects booking, broker assignment and calendar management, with client details and appointment status attached to each meeting.

Managers need to see availability and allocated appointments, while brokers need a view of their own schedules. Status must remain clear independently of time: pending and confirmed meetings require different actions. Rescheduling and cancellation also need to stay close to the appointment they affect.

Fron Hasani handled UI and UX design, React frontend development and API integration with backend scheduling services and calendar systems. His work covered booking, calendar views and broker assignment, connecting consistent interaction patterns to scheduling data.

Booking collects a date and time, broker assignment and client information before confirmation. Calendar views show availability and appointment density. Assignment includes broker specialization, location and workload; color-coded types and explicit labels distinguish appointment states. API integrations support synchronization with Google Calendar and Outlook. Rescheduling and cancellation controls update appointments within the same workflow.

The delivered application gives managers and brokers task-specific views of shared appointment information. Booking, assignment, status and schedule changes remain connected to the same record, providing a focused system for coordinating meetings.
