Project context
Seamless Dispatch provides freight dispatch services for US-based carriers. Its website needed to explain the offer to carriers and fleet operators and provide clear contact routes. The project combined service content with the identity also developed for the business.
The problem
Prospective clients needed to understand the service before the first conversation. The page hierarchy organizes available service and pricing information alongside phone, email and form options. Contact prompts follow useful explanations rather than standing in for them.
Role and contribution
Fron Hasani handled UI and UX design, copywriting, Webflow development and deployment. Figma layouts established the relationship between service descriptions, enquiry prompts and responsive page structure before implementation.
Design and implementation
Trucking and highway imagery establish the freight context. Grouped service content and typography organize the details. Responsive Webflow layouts keep those descriptions and contact options accessible on smaller screens. The implementation includes lead-capture connections, with restrained motion around the service and enquiry content.
Delivered work
The completed site gives Seamless Dispatch a public service overview and several ways to begin a conversation. Branding, written explanations and contact actions form one experience, helping carriers review the offer before choosing an enquiry channel.
